Our Board

SYBIL BAILEY is a Knoxville native who is married and passionate about books, plants, cats, skincare, and social justice. She also supports Black Lives Matter. believes that love is love. and science is real. She is married to a wonderful man, and they have five familiars: Hillard, Clyde, Honeychile, Boots Mcgillicutty and Nina Simone. She attended the University of Tennessee and had worked manager at an art gallery, worked as a surgery scheduler, and was an administrator at a plastic surgery practice. She has also been a project manager at ORNL, and a manager at Scripps Networks Interactive. When ownership changed, she decided to pursue beauty school and passed the state boards at 50 and have LOVED every day since!

STEPHANIE CHUNN of C3 Health & Beauty is a mother and hair stylist for 25+ years. She’s a Certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach for the Cancer Support Community & Survivor Fitness as well as a fitness competitor. As a trainer, Stephanie has a heart to provide others with encouragement, motivation, nutritional guidance and elite training to help them achieve their fitness goals, no matter the fitness level. She encourages her clients to COMMIT 2 the CHALLENGE 4 CHANGE. Stephanie also trains at Fitness Studio One11, in the heart of The Old City.

REEDIE MCWILLIAMS has been the Breast and Cervical Coordinator at the Knox County Health Department since 2007. A social worker by degree, comprehensive patient care is Reedie’s top priority. Through the statewide Tennessee Breast and Cervical Program, Reedie helps navigate women who need screening tests as well as diagnostic procedures for breast or cervical issues. She also can provide presumptive TennCare coverage for women who need further care, specifically in case of a cancer diagnosis. Reedie has a desire to provide equitable care to women of color who have been marginalized by the healthcare community in the past. She is excited to serve on the board of BELLA and looks forward to providing support to survivors. Reedie is married to David and the mother of Drew and Tessa. Drew teaches ESL and is currently in Vietnam. Tessa lives in Texas and works for Amazon. The family is looking forward to Tessa’s upcoming wedding later this year.

DR. JEANETTE TONEY is originally from Brooklyn NY and completed her OBGYN training at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey. She is currently practicing at Tennova North Knoxville Medical Center and enjoys educating women of all ages about their bodies. She is experienced in minimally invasive surgery and is dedicated to caring for women at every stage. Her care includes puberty, contraception counseling, obstetric care, preventative screening, menopausal symptom management, and more. Dr. Toney is excited for the opportunity to serve her community with Bella Breast Cancer Foundation!
